To add or create a LeadsWithDemos AI Assistant, you need to ensure that you have the correct permissions.

If you are the person who created the LeadsWithDemos account, then you have the correct permissions as the account admin. However, if you have been added to the account by an admin, you need to verify that you have the necessary permissions.

Follow the steps outlined below to create an AI assistant within LeadsWithDemos.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Access the AI Assistant Section

• Login to your LeadsWithDemos account.

• From the main Dashboard, click on the site where you would like to add the AI Assistant.

• Then navigate to the AI Assistant section in the left-hand menu.

• Click the “+ Add assistant” button.

Step 2: Add a New Assistant

• Once you click on “+ Add Assistant,” you will be directed to a new page to enter the assistant details, including:

Select Assistant Type

Choose the type of assistant you want to create from the dropdown menu. You can select either Other Assistant or SEO Assistant based on your needs.

Add Assistant Name

Enter a unique name for your assistant in the Assistant Name field. This name should reflect the purpose of the assistant (max 45 characters).

Select GPT Model

Choose the desired AI model from the Select GPT Model dropdown list. It’s recommended to use the latest version of OpenAI’s models for optimum performance.

Add Instructions

In the Add Instructions text box, provide clear and concise directives that will guide how the assistant interacts with users. For example, specify the nature of responses or any particular style it should adopt.

Select Knowledge for Your Assistant AI

If applicable, you can choose from the dropdown list of available vector options under “Select Knowledge for your AI Assistant.” This allows the assistant to retrieve relevant data from your organization’s settings.

Step 3: Create the Assistant

• After filling in all required fields, click on the “Create Assistant” button. This will finalize the creation of your new Assistant.

• Once the assistant is created, you will be redirected to the My Assistants page.
