Feedback Page

The “Feedback” page within the Other AI Assistant type provides you with insights on all feedback submitted by users while interacting with the “Other AI Assistant.”

When users engage with this type of assistant, they are prompted (if enabled) to provide feedback on whether their question has been answered. If a question remains unanswered, users can select a negative response, which then triggers a popup window. In this window, they can fill out a feedback form to share their comments and concerns.

It’s important to note that feedback corresponds specifically to unanswered questions, while conversations refer to the interactions users have had with the AI assistant. Feedback highlights the inquiries that users expect responses to, whereas conversations document the users’ dialogue with the assistant.

Once a feedback form is submitted, you will receive a transactional email containing the details of the feedback. This allows you to follow up with users and provide them with the correct answers. This feature is invaluable for understanding user needs and ensuring accurate responses.

The main features within the Feedback page include:

Search by Email

This search field allows you to filter feedback entries based on the email addresses of users. Entering an email will display only the feedback associated with that specific email, making it easier to locate and address user concerns.

Feedback Details Table

Feedback Threads

Each feedback entry is represented by a unique thread identifier displayed in the “Thread” column. This identifier helps you reference specific feedback instances when reviewing reports or analyzing user interactions.

Comment

This column presents the specific comments provided by users in their feedback forms. Reviewing these comments helps you understand user sentiments and the nature of their inquiries, which can guide you in improving the AI assistant’s performance.

Email

This column displays the email addresses of the users who submitted the feedback. Having access to this information allows you to connect with users directly, follow up on their concerns, and provide additional assistance as needed.

Created Date

The “Created At” column shows the date when the feedback entry was submitted. This information is useful for tracking trends in user feedback over time.

Action Options

View

The eye icon allows you to view the complete details of the selected feedback thread. Clicking this icon will open the interaction in a new window, enabling you to review the full history between the user and the AI assistant.

Delete

The delete icon provides an option to delete the selected feedback. Use this feature cautiously, as deleting a thread will permanently remove all associated data.
