Automated Journeys Details Table

The Automated Journeys Details Table provides a clear summary of all your automated email marketing journeys created within your LeadsWithDemos site. This centralized view makes it easy to quickly manage, monitor, and take action on every journey.

Key Columns and Features

Selection Checkbox

Use the selection checkboxes to easily select one or more journeys to perform batch actions such as Activate, Deactivate, or Delete. When you select one or multiple journeys, a dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to choose the desired batch action.

Name

Displays the title of each journey for easy identification, helping you quickly distinguish between funnels or email campaigns.

State

Shows the current status of each journey, so you can quickly see which ones are active and running. Use the toggle to turn automated journeys on or off as needed, allowing you to activate or deactivate journeys with a single click.

Enrolled Total

Displays the total number of subscribers enrolled in each automated journey, giving you a high-level overview of the audience size for that journey. This number reflects the total enrollment count, including repeat enrollments, so if a single subscriber joins the journey multiple times, each occurrence is counted. Use this metric to understand every touchpoint a subscriber has with the journey, including any repeat interactions.

Enrolled Unique

Represents the number of unique subscribers enrolled in a particular automated journey. Each subscriber is only counted once, even if they have been enrolled multiple times in the same journey.

Created Date

Records when the automated journey was initially created, which is useful for tracking email campaign timelines and lifecycle.

Last Updated

Lets you see the most recent change to any automated journey, making it simple to keep track of edits or optimization activity.

Created By

Identifies the user who originally created each journey, making team collaboration and troubleshooting easier.

Actions

A set of action icons allows you to:

Design

The Design action provides direct access to the automated journey canvas, also known as the journey builder interface. Here, you can visually build, edit, and optimize each step of your email marketing journey in an intuitive, drag-and-drop environment.

Metrics

The Metrics action opens a detailed view of your automated journey’s key performance indicators. By clicking the Metrics icon, you can instantly access up-to-date analytics for each journey, organized into four tabs:

Performance:

View essential statistics such as total and unique subscribers enrolled, enrollments in the last 7 days, emails delivered, open rates, click rates, and replies. This tab gives you a quick snapshot of how your journey is performing overall.

Enrollment History:

View a chronological list of subscriber enrollments, including subscriber details and enrollment dates. This section lets you easily review how and when each subscriber joined your journey over time.

Report:

Explore a visual representation of your automated journey workflow. The Report tab displays the full sequence of steps and actions in your automated journey, including triggers, delays, and tags along with subscriber activity counts for each step. This makes it easy to see how subscribers are progressing through the journey and identify which steps have the most engagement.

Activities:

Track all modifications made to the journey, including changes to names, audience lists, and other key actions. The Activities tab gives you a clear record of the journey’s history, supporting transparency and easy troubleshooting.

View History

The View History action allows you to see a detailed record of every subscriber’s journey within a particular automated journey. By clicking the View History icon, you can access a timeline view that tracks the status and progress of each enrolled subscriber.

Key features include:

Status Tracking:

Filter and review subscriber statuses such as Running, Delayed, Stopped, Failed, or Completed, so you can understand exactly where each subscriber is in your workflow.

Date Filtering:

Use the date range selectors to focus on enrollments and activity within a specific time period, making troubleshooting and progress reviews more efficient.

Duplicate

The Duplicate action allows you to quickly create an exact copy of any existing automated journey. By clicking the Duplicate icon, LeadsWithDemos generates a new journey with all the same steps, triggers, and settings as the original, so you don’t have to start from scratch.

Edit

The Edit action allows you to quickly update an automated journey’s basic information, such as its name and description. By clicking the Edit icon, a dedicated popup window appears, where you can easily:

  • Change the journey’s name to better reflect its purpose or stage.
  • Add or update the description to provide helpful notes for you or your team.

Delete

The Delete action allows you to permanently remove an automated journey. By clicking the Delete icon, you initiate a confirmation prompt to safeguard against accidental removal. Once confirmed, the selected journey and all its settings will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
