Managers

In your LeadsWithDemos account, you have the option to add managers or team members. This allows you to share access to specific LeadsWithDemos sites and assign different access levels for each site.

Adding a Manager

To add a manager or team member, go to your account panel and click “Manager” in the left-side menu. Then, click the “Add Manager” button.

A new popup window will appear with the following settings:

Name

Enter the manager’s name. This helps you identify each team member who has access to your account.

Email Address

Provide the manager’s email address. This will be used as their login credential and for account notifications.

Password

Set a password for the manager. They will use this password along with their email address to log in to your LeadsWithDemos account.

Sites

Select one or more sites from the dropdown menu, which lists all LeadsWithDemos sites associated with your account. The manager will only be able to access the specific sites you select, helping ensure they see only what is relevant to their role.

Permissions

Choose specific permissions for each selected sites from a comprehensive list. You can define which actions the manager is allowed to perform—both at the site level and for features within each sites, such as landing pages, popups, emails, integrations, and marketing or automation workflows. This flexibility allows you to tailor access levels to match your team’s roles and responsibilities.

By default, some permissions are automatically assigned when you add a manager. If you want to remove a permission, simply click on the “delete” icon next to that permission. To add a new permission, click on the permission dropdown menu to view and select from the complete list.

Permissions Overview

Permissions in LeadsWithDemos are organized by feature and action, giving you flexibility to control exactly how managers interact with each site.

1.- Feature-Based Categories:

Permissions are grouped based on the main features of your LeadsWithDemos site, such as:

  • Pages (Landing Pages)
  • Popups
  • Emails
  • Marketing and Audiences
  • Assistants and Integrations
  • Leads, and Campaigns
  • Automated Journeys
2.- Action-Based Controls:

For each feature, you can choose from specific actions such as:

  • Read (view-only access)
  • Update (edit or manage)
  • Create (add new items)
  • Delete (remove items)
  • Export (download or move data)
  • Purchase (where applicable, e.g. purchasing leads or audience lists)

Example: For “Popups”, you might give a manager the ability to create, update, read, or delete popups depending on their role. For “Automated Journeys”, you can separately allow actions like creating, updating, deleting, or reading journey workflows.

Once you have entered all the information and set the permissions for the manager, click the “Submit” button within the popup window. The new manager will then be added and displayed in the manager details table.
