Conversations Page
The “Conversations” page within the Other AI Assistant type allows you to view all conversations your subscribers have had with the “Other Assistant.” Each conversation is linked to a specific subscriber who has submitted the LeadsWithDemos popup or form associated with this AI assistant type.
The main features within the Conversations page include:
Search Bar
The search bar at the top of the Conversations page is a practical tool for quickly finding specific conversations within your list. By typing in keywords such as an email address, a fragment of the first message, or part of a Thread ID—you can instantly narrow down the list of conversations displayed.
Conversation Details Table
Thread Id
Each conversation is represented by a unique thread identifier displayed in the “Thread” column. This identifier helps you reference specific conversations in your records and when analyzing user interactions.
Please note that for each subscriber that has chatted with the AI assistant, you will be able to find their conversation directly on the Lead Details page.
If available, this column displays the subscriber’s email address associated with the conversation. This helps you quickly identify the user and match their chat history with their subscriber details.
Last Message
Shows the message or question submitted by the subscriber. This helps you understand the user’s intent and context for the chat.
Created Date
The “Created At” column indicates the date when the conversation thread was initiated. This information is useful for tracking user engagement over time and understanding the context of each interaction.
Action Options
View
The eye icon allows you to view the complete details of the selected conversation thread. Clicking this icon will open the conversation in a new window, enabling you to review the full interaction history between the user and the AI assistant.
Delete
The delete icon provides an option to delete the selected conversation. Use this feature cautiously, as deleting a conversation thread will permanently remove all associated data.
