Conversations Page

The “Conversations” page within the Other AI Assistant type allows you to see all conversations your leads have had with the “Other AI Assistant.” Each conversation is associated with a specific lead that has submitted the LeadsWithDemos popup form linked to this AI assistant type.

Conversation Details Table

Conversation Threads

Each conversation is represented by a unique thread identifier displayed in the “Thread” column. This identifier helps you reference specific conversations in your records and when analyzing user interactions.

Please note that for each lead that has chatted with the AI assistant, you will be able to find their conversation directly on the Lead Details page.

Created Date

The “Created At” column indicates the date when the conversation thread was initiated. This information is useful for tracking user engagement over time and understanding the context of each interaction.

Action Options

View

The eye icon allows you to view the complete details of the selected conversation thread. Clicking this icon will open the conversation in a new window, enabling you to review the full interaction history between the user and the AI assistant.

Delete

The delete icon provides an option to delete the selected conversation. Use this feature cautiously, as deleting a conversation thread will permanently remove all associated data.
