AI Content Detail View Page
The AI Content Detail View page displays all the essential elements for applying on-page SEO based on the main keyword you’ve added. Here’s what you can expect to find:
SEO basic info
Main Keyword
This is the primary keyword you’ve added during the SEO setup process to optimize your content. It’s essential for directing your SEO efforts and should reflect the main topic of your page. With a simple click on the “Copy to Clipboard” icon, you can easily copy this keyword for your convenience.
Page Type
This field shows the specific type of page you selected during the initial setup. Understanding the page type helps the AI assistant adjust the content effectively when creating it based on the selected type. Please note that the SEO meta data will vary depending on the page type. For example, the SEO content for a product page is different from that of a documentation page.
Page URL
This page URL is optional, and its purpose is to help you communicate how the URL for a particular keyword should be structured if you’re working with someone else. It’s a combination of the domain added in the SEO settings, the page type, language, and the slugified keyword.
If needed, you can edit it by clicking the edit button to adjust it according to your requirements.
SEO title tag details
SEO title tag
This section displays the current title tag for the main keyword and the page. Here you will be able to generate a new SEO title tag, make modifications to it, and copy it in a click.
Generate New Title Tag
This option allows you to request the SEO AI assistant to generate a new title tag based on the content of the page and the main keyword. The SEO AI assistant then uses this information to create five title tag suggestions, enabling you to select the one you prefer the most.
This feature helps you generate optimized titles without having to create them from scratch, ensuring that the suggestions align with SEO best practices.
Edit Title Tag
By clicking the edit icon, a pop-up window will appear, allowing you to modify the SEO title tag. This functionality ensures that the title can be easily updated according to the evolving needs of the webpage content or SEO strategy.
Copy to Clipboard
The clipboard icon enables you to copy the SEO title tag text to the clipboard quickly, making it easy to utilize this title in other areas of the website or for sharing with team members.
SEO Title Tag Analysis
This analysis feature provides feedback on the current title tag. It uses color coding to indicate areas for improvement:
- Red indicates that the main keyword is not detected within the title, suggesting that you should integrate it for better optimization.
- Green shows that the main keyword is appropriately included.
- Orange alerts users if the title may need adjustments in character count, aiming for an ideal length of 60-70 characters for optimal SEO performance.
Please note that the goal of this analysis is to provide you with a quick overview of the SEO title tag. As the SEO manager, you can decide whether to apply the changes or not; there may be times when it is not necessary to make modifications.
SEO meta description details
SEO meta description
This section displays the current meta description for the main keyword and the page. Here you will be able to generate a new SEO meta description, make modifications to it, and copy it in a click.
Generate New Meta Description
This option allows you to request the SEO AI assistant to generate a new meta description based on the content of the page and the main keyword. The SEO AI assistant will create five suggestions for you, from which you can choose your preferred option.
This feature helps you create optimized meta descriptions without starting from scratch, ensuring that the suggestions align with SEO best practices.
Edit Meta Description
By clicking the edit icon, a pop-up window will appear, enabling you to modify the SEO meta description. This functionality ensures that your description can be easily updated according to changes in the webpage content or SEO strategy.
Copy to Clipboard
The clipboard icon allows you to quickly copy the SEO meta description text, making it effortless to share or use this description in other contexts.
SEO Meta Description Analysis
This analysis feature provides feedback on the current meta description, using color coding to highlight areas for improvement:
- Red indicates that the main keyword is not detected within the meta description, suggesting integration for better optimization.
- Green signifies that the main keyword is appropriately included.
- Orange alerts users if the meta description may need adjustments in character count, aiming for an ideal length of 160-170 characters for optimal SEO performance.
It’s important to note that the goal of this analysis is to give you a quick overview of the SEO meta description. As the SEO manager, you have the discretion to apply any suggested changes or maintain the existing description if it meets your needs.
Visual Editor
The Visual Editor is a user-friendly tool designed to facilitate the editing, customization, and management of content created with your LeadsWithDemos AI Assistant. It allows you to modify text visually without needing extensive coding knowledge.
Here, you can prepare how you would like your SEO content to appear in terms of content hierarchy and structure.
Within the visual editor section, you will find the following options:
Get HTML
This feature enables you to convert the content created or modified in the visual editor into HTML code. This is useful for those who may want to implement the code elsewhere or refine the design further using HTML elements.
Word Count
Displays the total number of words within the visual editor. This count assists users in monitoring content length, ensuring they meet specific content requirements or guidelines.
Character Count
This feature displays the number of characters in the text currently present in the visual editor. This count is particularly significant for maintaining optimal content length, as there are minimum character counts recommended for various SEO contexts.
HTML viewer
The HTML Viewer provides an area where you can view and edit the raw HTML code associated with your content. This functionality allows for advanced customization and troubleshooting for those familiar with HTML coding.
Once the code has been modified and pasted into the HTML section, you can click on the “Get Visual Text” button.
Get Visual Text
This button enables you to convert the HTML code you have pasted or modified into a visual format, allowing you to see how the content will appear to users.
The integration of the Visual Editor and HTML Viewer enhances the content creation and management process significantly. With the Visual Editor, you can create and edit content in a more user-friendly format, facilitating easy modifications without the need for extensive HTML knowledge. On the other hand, the HTML Viewer caters to those who are more familiar with coding, allowing them to dive deeper by viewing and making changes to the underlying HTML code.
In summary, you have the flexibility to utilize either tool depending on your needs.
Copy to Clipboard Icon
This icon allows you to quickly copy the content of the HTML viewer directly to your clipboard. This functionality streamlines the process, making it easy to paste the HTML code elsewhere without the need to select and right-click.
Before copying the content in HTML, please ensure you click on the “Get HTML” button to retrieve the latest version, especially if you’ve made changes in the Visual Editor.
Proofread Content Icon
By clicking this icon, you can initiate a proofreading process that analyzes your content for grammar, spelling, and clarity. This feature utilizes the LeadsWithDemos SEO AI Assistant to enhance the quality of your text, ensuring that it is polished and ready for publication.
Generate New Content Icon
This icon allows you to request that the SEO AI Assistant generate new content based on the main keyword added.
Save HTML Content Icon
This button allows you to save the edited HTML content back to the database. This functionality is crucial for ensuring that any updates are preserved and can be easily accessed in the future.
Please note that we save the SEO content in HTML format. Therefore, if you have made changes within the Visual Editor, it is important to click the “Get HTML” button to convert the visual content into HTML format before saving it.
Save as Vector File Icon
The “Save as Vector File” option allows you to download the HTML content as a text file, while also saving this file in the AI Assistant’s file manager. This functionality ensures that the content is readily available for future use as reference material for the AI Assistant, specifically for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
SEO body content analysis
The SEO Body Content Analysis feature in LeadsWithDemos SEO AI Assistant is designed to quickly evaluate the quality and SEO-friendliness of your HTML content, ensuring it meets established guidelines to enhance search engine visibility. This analysis helps content creators understand the strengths and weaknesses of their written content, leading to better optimization strategies.
Within the SEO body content, we can find the following analysis:
Content Length
- Green: Indicates that the content meets the desired word count (greater than 300 words). This is essential for SEO, as longer content often performs better in search rankings.
- Orange: Suggests that the content length needs to be increased. Specific recommendations on how many additional words are required will typically be provided.
Main Keyword within 100 words
This check determines if the main keyword appears within the first 100 words of the content.
- Green: Confirms that the main keyword is included early in the content, which is beneficial for SEO.
- Orange: Indicates the main keyword is missing from the first 100 words, suggesting that it should be added to improve content optimization.
Main Keyword in Title (H1)
The analysis confirms whether the main keyword is present in the page’s main title (H1). This is critical for SEO, as title tags significantly impact how search engines understand the content’s focus.
- Green: Confirms that the main keyword is included in the main title (H1).
- Orange: Indicates the main keyword is missing from the main title (H1), suggesting that it should be added to improve optimization.
Main Keyword Density
The analysis assesses the density of the main keyword, which should be maintained between 0.5% and 3%. This metric ensures that the keyword usage is neither too sparse (which may impact ranking) nor overly saturated (which could be considered keyword stuffing).
- Green: Indicates that the content meets the keyword density criteria, confirming that it falls within the 0.5% to 3% range.
- Orange: Suggests adjustments are needed, recommending modifications to specific areas for better compliance with SEO best practices.
SEO content builder
The SEO Content Builder is a powerful tool designed to help you create content from scratch while providing a solid foundation to tailor your content according to your specific needs.
This SEO AI assistant uses various inputs, including the main keyword and details about the topic you want to explore, which you can easily input in the designated text field. The SEO AI Assistant then processes this information and guides you through a series of steps to generate a comprehensive base content for your project. These steps include:
1. Add Topic
The “Add Topic” step marks the beginning of the SEO content creation process. This step is crucial as it lays the foundation for the article you are about to create.
In the input field, you can enter a brief description of your intended article; this description should encapsulate the main idea or subject of the content.
After adding the topic, you will be able to click on the “Next” button to proceed to the subsequent step.
2. Select Title
The “Select Title” step in the SEO Content Builder enables you to choose or refine the headline for your article based on suggestions made by the AI assistant. To generate five title suggestions, the AI considers the main keyword along with the content topic provided in the first step. Then you will have the following options:
Select a Title
From the five suggestions, you can choose a title that resonates best with your content.
Edit the Title
If desired, you can make adjustments to the selected title by clicking on the pencil icon to better reflect your article’s focus.
Generate New Title Suggestion
If none of the suggestions meet your needs, you have the option to edit and request new title ideas based on the selected or edited title.
Once you have selected the suggested title, you can proceed to the next step by clicking the “Next” button.
3. Generate Sub-topics
In the SEO Content Builder, after selecting a title for your article, the next step is the AI Assistant’s generation of ten relevant subtopics. This feature enhances your ability to organize content effectively and ensures that the AI Assistant incorporates these subtopics into the foundational SEO article content, providing comprehensive coverage of the subject matter.
AI-Generated Subtopics
Following the Select Title step, the AI Assistant leverages the chosen title and main keywords to generate a list of subtopics closely related to the primary keyword. This process ensures that the content remains focused and relevant, aligning perfectly with your main topic.
Organizing Subtopics
You can easily rearrange the generated subtopics by dragging and dropping them into preferred positions, allowing for a customized content structure.
Editing and Deleting Options
You have the ability to edit any of the generated subtopics or delete those you feel are unnecessary, ensuring that the final content outline aligns with your vision for the article.
You can have a maximum of ten subtopics. If you would like to add a new one, instead of deleting a subtopic that does not meet your needs, you can easily edit it by clicking on the pencil icon. Additionally, you can delete any subtopic by clicking on the X icon to focus on the ones you prefer.
Once you are satisfied with your organized list of subtopics, you can move forward by clicking the “Generate Content” button. This action triggers the AI Assistant to create a detailed draft that incorporates all selected subtopics, facilitating a cohesive and well-structured foundational piece.
Please note that this feature allows you to create foundational content, giving you the option to continue adding more information as you develop your masterpiece article. You can then use the “Other Assistant” type for brainstorming and to start generating additional content for your article.
The generated SEO content can be copied by clicking on the copy icon, after which you can paste it into the visual builder for further use or updates.
