Settings Page

The settings page for the AI assistant is designed to provide you with various options to manage and customize the AI assistant’s settings. This page has two tabs, which are the Vectors tab and the File Manager tab.

Let’s start with the File Manager tab, as it can influence the Vectors tab.

File Manager tab

The File Manager tab is where you will find all individual files added directly by clicking on the “Add File” button or any other file that you have attached in the chat interface of an “Other Assistant” type.

Each time you add a file, including documents and pictures from the “Other Assistant’s” chat interface, those files will be reflected here. This means it is important to review these files regularly to keep this area organized and clean.

When a new file is added, it can be used as knowledge to make your AI assistant unique. These files can be added manually to a vector from the Vectors tab.

Vectors tab

Within the Vectors tab, you will find all vectors available for any AI assistant you wish to create.

In the context of the LeadsWithDemos platform, a vector is a structured collection of custom knowledge or information that your AI assistants can use to provide relevant responses and improve their performance.

You can see the Vectors as the containers of knowledge that can be used or assigned to an AI assistant, while files are the documents that are added to the vector’s container.

Key Points About Vectors

Purpose: Vectors serve as knowledge sources that your AI assistants can reference when interacting with you or your users. By integrating vectors, the assistants can deliver accurate and contextually relevant information based on the queries they receive.

Integration: This feature allows you to create and manage vectors in the LeadsWithDemos platform, enabling customization based on unique organizational knowledge or specific data that the AI should retrieve to enhance its responses.

Usage: When a new vector is created or updated, it enables the AI assistant to access this information, leading to more informed replies and a richer experience.

Vectors will allow you to create different knowledge sets, enabling you to create AI assistants that specialize in specific topics. Each assistant can then have different knowledge bases.
