Email Variable Tags
In LeadsWithDemos, email variable tags are dynamic elements in your emails that personalize content based on individual subscriber information. These tags automatically pull relevant data from your leads (subscribers) database and insert it into your emails, ensuring each message is tailored to the specific recipient. For instance, a variable tag could be the subscriber’s first name, email address, or any other piece of information you’ve collected about them.
When you compose an email, these variable tags are represented by placeholders (like {{lead_first_name}} or {{lead_email_address}}) in the email template. When the email is sent, LeadsWithDemos automatically replaces these placeholders with the actual data from each subscriber’s profile.
This feature is particularly useful for enhancing engagement and building a more personal connection with your audience, as each email feels individually crafted for the recipient. By using variable tags, you can ensure that your communications are relevant, personal, and more likely to resonate with your subscribers.
Available Variables for Email Personalization
Currently, the available variables for bloggers include:
{{ai_email_body}}
Automatically inserts highly personalized email content generated by your chosen AI Email Writer during the AI Email Writer Step. Crafting emails for various scenarios can be time-consuming and challenging. During this step, the AI Assistant uses information collected from your subscribers to create unique email bodies for each individual. When you insert this tag, the system dynamically replaces it with tailored, AI-generated content for every subscriber.
{{ai_email_subject}}
Automatically inserts a personalized subject line generated by your selected AI Email Writer during the AI Email Writer Step. This tag saves you time by creating unique and relevant subject lines for each subscriber, using their information to help boost engagement.
{{assistant_feedback_text}}
Use this variable in your automated emails for the Assistant Feedback category to include the specific feedback text provided by subscribers.
{{assistant_feedback_url}}
This variable inserts the URL of the feedback page where subscriber feedback is stored in your database. It can be added to your Assistant Feedback category emails for easy access to the feedback details.
{{assistant_name}}
This variable displays the name of the LeadsWithDemos “Other AI Assistant” that a user interacted with. It’s useful for including the assistant’s name in automated emails, especially if feedback was provided—helping you identify which assistant was used and whether you need to update its custom knowledge.
{{creator_name}}
In LeadsWithDemos, the creator refers to you—the blogger. This variable corresponds to your name as it appears in your LeadsWithDemos account.
{{email_unsubscribe}}
Every automated journey email must include an unsubscribe option, allowing your subscribers to choose whether they want to continue receiving your emails. This tag inserts a link that directs subscribers to your LeadsWithDemos site’s designated unsubscribe page.
{{lead_email_address}}
Adds the lead’s (subscriber) email address.
{{lead_first_name}}
Inserts the lead’s (subscriber) first name.
{{lead_last_name}}
Inserts the lead’s (subscriber) last name.
{{sender_email_signature}}
Inserts the custom signature of the chosen sender.
{{latest_form_submission_page_url}}
Automatically inserts the URL of the page where the subscriber most recently submitted a form. This variable helps you reference the exact location of a subscriber’s latest form submission, making it easier to provide personalized email follow-ups or tailor your communications based on their engagement.
{{latest_submission_page_title}}
Automatically inserts the title of the page where the subscriber most recently submitted a form. Using this variable allows you to clearly mention the exact page or offer the subscriber interacted with, helping you create more relevant and contextual messages in your email follow-ups.
This format ensures that each variable’s purpose and associated content are clearly understood, facilitating their correct use in your email templates. You can find the email variables in several places, including:
- Email Builder Interface: A button labeled “Variables” is located at the top-right corner of the email builder interface, offering a list of available variables that you can use when creating or adjusting emails in the drag-and-drop builder. You can access it by clicking on the “Open Template” icon for the corresponding email.
- Email Subject Field: The variables are also positioned next to the email subject field, allowing you to access the complete list by clicking on the icon.
