Email Categories

Categories

In LeadsWithDemos, email triggers—also known as categories—represent essential conditions or user actions that automatically initiate the sending of an email. These triggers are organized for ease of use and play a vital role in automating and personalizing email communications, allowing you to tailor messages to specific user interactions or system events.

Automated Journey Emails

In LeadsWithDemos, “Automated Journey Emails” are messages sent automatically based on predefined steps within an Automated Journey. An Automated Journey is a customizable workflow that allows you to create a series of emails triggered by specific user actions, scheduled events, or audience lists that meet certain conditions. These automated emails are ideal for sequence, marketing, or nurturing campaigns, guiding subscribers through personalized touchpoints as they move through your funnel.

Autoresponder

This category is ideal for sending automated emails whenever a subscriber submits a LeadsWithDemos form. It functions as an autoresponder, allowing you to link each email to a specific LeadsWithDemos popup and form during your email capture campaign setup.

Additionally, you can create these emails to deliver specific messages or information tailored to each form submission.

Please note that this “Autoresponder” category can have multiple emails enabled and ready to be sent, depending on the submitted form.

Assistant Feedback

If you use LeadsWithDemos’ “Other Assistant” to provide real-time answers, the AI Assistant Chat Interface can offer a feedback option after each response. When this feature is enabled on the Other Assistant embedded AI page and feedback campaign is set up, users can indicate whether the answer was helpful or if their question was addressed. If the feedback is negative, the system prompts the subscriber to provide more details—allowing you to collect specific questions that you can address later.

This feedback category triggers an email each time a subscriber submits the feedback form. The system then sends the linked email, notifying LeadsWithDemos site managers that feedback has been received and enabling them to follow up directly with the subscriber’s question.
