Categories

In LeadsWithDemos, email triggers—also known as categories—represent essential conditions or user actions that automatically initiate the sending of an email. These triggers are organized for ease of use and play a vital role in automating and personalizing email communications, allowing you to tailor messages to specific user interactions or system events.

The available categories currently include:

Demo Access Request Leads

This trigger activates when a lead submits a form to request a copy of your WordPress product demo. An email is then sent to the lead containing details of the new WordPress product demo copy, such as the demo’s name, URL, username, and password for the demo copy.

Welcome Email Lead

This transactional email is sent when a new lead first enters the database of your LeadsWithDemos site.

Note on differentiation

The “Demo Request Lead” category is triggered each time a lead requests access to a WordPress product demo copy, and a new copy is created. Conversely, the “Welcome Email Lead” category is triggered only when a lead is newly added to your database.

Additionally, a new copy of the WordPress product demo is created as long as the lead does not already have an active copy of the same WordPress product demo.

Welcome Email Creator

This email is triggered whenever a new lead is added to the database of your LeadsWithDemos site. Intended to notify you of the new lead, this email can include various dynamic variables related to the lead’s information.

Demo Request Creator

This email is triggered whenever a lead requests a copy of one of your WordPress product demos. It is intended to notify you of new demo copy requests.

Autoresponder

This category is ideal for sending transactional emails every time a lead submits the LeadsWithDemos form. It functions as an autoresponder, allowing you to link each email to a specific LeadsWithDemos popup and form during the campaign setup.

Additionally, you can create these emails to deliver specific messages or information tailored to each form submission.

Please note that this “Autoresponder” category can have multiple emails enabled and ready to be sent, depending on the submitted form.

AI Feedback

This category triggers emails each time a lead submits the feedback form. The system then sends the linked email under this category to notify the LeadsWithDemos site managers that a lead has submitted feedback, enabling them to respond to the lead’s question.
