How to Create a LeadsWithDemos Campaign Using Landing Pages
Campaigns in LeadsWithDemos allow you to put all the elements in place for everything to run smoothly. Elements such as the landing page you will use to capture the leads, the transactional email that you will send to welcome the lead with the product demo copy details, and the copy of your CMS product demo requested by leads.
Creating a campaign to capture leads through a landing page in LeadsWithDemos is a straightforward process. This tutorial will cover each step, from initial setup to activating and managing your campaign.

- From the dropdown list, select “Landing Page” as the lead capturing source.

Step 3: Select the Lead Capturing Landing Page

Step 4: Choose Action After Lead Capturing
- During this step, you will define what actions will be taken after the form has been submitted and the lead captured.
- Select the name of the product demo you wish to grant access to after capturing the lead.
- Choose the action for the form submission (e.g., sending leads to product demo copy back-end).
Step 5: Lead Quality Validation
- Here you will be able to enable different verification processes to determine the quality of the email provided by the lead.
- Decide whether to send a transactional email with sandbox demo details.
- Enable filters like disposable email address rejection or common typo suggestions.
Step 6: Map and Publish Your Campaign
- Map your landing page fields to LeadsWithDemos fields (e.g., first_name, company, email).
- Add any custom fields if necessary.
- Click Publish.
Step 7: Activate Your Campaign
- After clicking Publish, you will be redirected to the campaigns dashboard. If not, please navigate back to the Campaigns section and find your newly created campaign.
- Click on the three dots icon and select Activate.
Step 8: Test your Campaign
- Now that your campaign is active, it’s time to test whether your campaign is capturing leads and assigning your product demo copies correctly. To check this, please follow these steps:
- Go to Sites in the left menu.
- Click on Pages.
- Click Preview on the page that you have marked as a “Landing Page” and associated with the campaign during the campaign creation.
- Submit the form and ensure that the system creates a copy of your product demo.
