How to Create a LeadsWithDemos Campaign using Popups & Forms

Creating a LeadsWithDemos campaign using popups and forms is an effective method to engage potential customers and capture valuable leads directly from your website or product demo.

This guide will walk you through the necessary steps to set up a campaign, ensuring you have all the tools and resources to successfully implement interactive popups that drive conversions. From customizing your popup designs to integrating them seamlessly with your lead capture system, we will cover everything you need to enhance your lead generation strategy.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Access the Campaign Section

  • Login to your LeadsWithDemos account.
  • From the main Dashboard, select the site where you want to add the campaign.
  • Navigate to the “Marketing” section in the left-hand menu.
  • Then click on “Campaigns”.

Step 2: Initiating a New Campaign

  • Once you are in the campaign section, click on the Create Campaign button. A pop-up window will appear.
  • Add a custom name for your campaign (e.g., “My First Lead Campaign”).
  • From the dropdown list, select “Popups and Forms” as the lead capturing source.
  • Click Continue.

Step 3: Select the Lead Capturing Popup & Form

  • Here you will see all popups & forms that you have marked as “Lead Gen Form”, so make sure to mark your popup & form as “Lead Gen Form”.
  • From the dropdown list, select the lead generation source from which you want to collect your leads.

Step 4: Choose Action After Lead Capturing

  • During this step, you will define what actions will be taken after the form has been submitted and the lead captured.
  • Select the name of the product demo you wish to grant access to after capturing the lead.
  • Choose the action for the form submission (e.g., sending leads to product demo copy back-end).
  • Add a ‘Thank You’ message. This message will be displayed after the form submission, along with the demo details.

Step 5: Lead Quality Validation

  • Here you will be able to enable different verification processes to determine the quality of the email provided by the lead.
  • Decide whether to send a transactional email with sandbox demo details.
  • Enable filters like disposable email address rejection or common typo suggestions.

Step 6: Map and Publish Your Campaign

  • Map your popup & form fields to LeadsWithDemos fields (e.g., first_name, company, email).
  • Add any custom fields if necessary.
  • Click ‘Next’ to enable the campaign by turning on the on/off toggle.
  • Then click ‘Submit.

Step 7: Activate Your Campaign

  • Just in case you did not activate the campaign with the on/off toggle: after clicking ‘Submit,’ you will be redirected to the campaigns dashboard. If not, please navigate back to the Campaigns section and find your newly created campaign.
  • Click on the three dots icon and select Activate.

Step 8: Test your Campaign

  • Now that your campaign is active, it’s time to test whether your campaign is capturing leads and assigning your product demo copies correctly.
