Popups and Forms Source
When deciding to capture high-quality leads through our LeadsWithDemos Popups and Forms, you can choose from a variety of options available within your LeadsWithDemos site.
Our Popups and Forms are specifically designed to provide access to the unique lead magnets that LeadsWithDemos offers, including a custom-trained AI Assistant, WordPress Product Demos, and more.
Please note that the settings and components may vary depending on the specific lead magnet you select.
After adding the campaign name and selecting the lead capturing source—Popups and Forms in this case—you can proceed by clicking the Continue button.
You will then enter a guided process that takes you through various steps, allowing you to define each component needed to start capturing leads. These guided steps include:
Lead Caputing
In this step, you will select the lead capturing form or popup that you would like your users to interact with. In the dropdown list, you will only see the popups and forms that are available within your LeadsWithDemos site, are not part of or linked to another LeadsWithDemos campaign, and, most importantly, are marked as “Lead Gen Form” under Site > Popups & Forms.
Once you have selected the popup or form that you want your users to interact with, you can click on “Next,” which will take you to the next step.
After Capturing
The “After Capturing” step includes all the actions you would like LeadsWithDemos to perform after a lead submits the form. These actions may vary depending on the unique lead magnet you choose.
Let’s define each unique lead magnet that LeadsWithDemos offers along with the corresponding available actions.
Lead Magnet
LeadsWithDemos is a marketing platform designed to help users attract and capture leads through engaging demos. These unique lead magnets include a variety of options, such as WordPress Product Demos and Custom-Trained AI Assistants, empowering you as LeadsWithDemos users to enhance your marketing strategies effectively.
The current unique lead magnets offered by LeadsWithDemos are:
Sandbox Demo
In the Sandbox demo, we offer WordPress Product Demos. Choosing this option means that you would like LeadsWithDemos to create a copy of your selected WordPress product demo once the lead submits the lead capturing form.
Sandbox Demo Access
Select the sandbox or WordPress product demo available within your LeadsWithDemos site. Choose the demo that you want the system to create a copy of when a lead submits the form in your campaign.
Action After Form Submission
This option allows you to create a customized experience for your leads. The options available from the dropdown list include:
- Send Leads to a Landing Page:
Redirect leads to a custom LeadsWithDemos landing page after form submission. This could be a LeadsWithDemos custom ‘thank you’ page, which is ideal for tracking conversions. - Display Thank You Message Only:
This option displays a thank you message after the form has been submitted. - Send Leads to the Sandbox Demo Copy Back-End:
Redirect leads to the back-end of their unique product demo copy. - Send Leads to the Sandbox Demo Copy Front-End:
Direct leads to the front-end of their product demo copy. - Send Leads to a Specific Section of the Sandbox Demo URL:
Guide leads to a particular section within the product demo copy, enhancing their user experience by focusing on a specific feature or aspect of your product.
AI Assistant Answers
Within LeadsWithDemos, you can train AI assistants using your own custom knowledge. This knowledge can serve as a unique lead magnet, allowing the custom-trained AI assistant created within your LeadsWithDemos site to provide instant answers to your leads.
You can view this “AI Assistant Answers” lead magnet as an eBook, white papers, written courses, or any other rich content you wish to use to attract leads. The difference is that the “AI Assistant Answers” feature provides instant responses to your leads based on their queries, eliminating the need to read through the entire content. The AI Assistant will utilize the custom knowledge you provide to deliver these instant responses. The good news is that you can continually add knowledge to enhance its effectiveness.
AI Assistant
This dropdown list allows you to choose the specific AI assistant you want your leads to engage with. The selected assistant will leverage the custom knowledge you’ve trained it with to provide relevant information and instant answers after a lead submits the form.
Please note that the only type of LeadsWithDemos AI Assistant displayed in this section is the “Other AI Assistant” type.
Thank You Message
This text box allows you to customize the message displayed to the lead after they have submitted the form. The thank you message presents an opportunity to express appreciation, reinforce brand engagement, and guide the lead on what to expect next, thereby enhancing their overall experience.
AI Assistant Feedback
When you use a custom-trained AI assistant to provide instant answers to your leads as a unique lead magnet, there may be instances where the assistant cannot provide a correct answer or lacks an answer altogether. In these cases, you have the option to select “AI Assistant Feedback” during the campaign setup to collect feedback directly from the AI assistant chat interface.
After providing an instant answer to your leads, you can set up a question in the chat interface asking whether the provided answer resolved their query. If they respond negatively, this will trigger the campaign, allowing you to collect valuable feedback as well as important information such as their name, email address, and any other details you wish to gather. This approach not only enables you to collect feedback but also provides an opportunity to reconnect with your leads by supplying the correct answer.
AI Assistant
This dropdown list allows you to choose the specific AI assistant you want your leads to engage with.
Please note that the only type of LeadsWithDemos AI Assistant displayed in this section is the “Other AI Assistant” type.
Thank You Message
This text box allows you to customize the message displayed to the lead after they have submitted the form.
Thank You Code
This section allows you to input custom JavaScript that will execute after the form has been submitted. This JavaScript is typically used to call other systems, such as data layers for Google Tag Manager, facilitating seamless integration and tracking. By adding your custom code here, you can enhance your form’s functionality and improve your data management processes.
Once you have selected your desired lead magnet, you can proceed to the next step by clicking the “Next” button.
Lead Quality
In this step, you will define and implement strategies to verify the validity of the email addresses provided by your leads. This process is crucial for ensuring the quality of the captured email addresses. The strategies include:
Transactional Email to Leads
You have the option to toggle this feature on or off. If enabled, the system will utilize the active transactional email from a category based on the type of lead magnet you select.
For example, if you select “AI Assistant Answers,” the transactional email category would be “Autoresponder.” However, if the lead magnet is “Sandbox Demo,” the category would be “Access Request Lead.” Ensure that you have the correct email activated for the category, as only one email per category can be sent.
Reject Disposable Emails
This toggle option allows you to automatically reject email addresses from temporary email providers.
Correct Typos in Email Address
Enabling this option helps in automatically correcting common typos in email addresses, thus enhancing data accuracy.
Reject Emails from Free Services
Toggle this option to decline email addresses from free email services, if needed for your campaign’s strategy.
Reject Role-Based Emails
This feature, when toggled on, prevents the acceptance of emails associated with generic roles (like admin@, support@) rather than individual users.
Fields Mapping
This step allows you to map your popup and form fields with LeadsWithDemos Internal Fields. This process is essential for ensuring that the data from your popup form aligns correctly with LeadsWithDemos’ internal fields, thereby enhancing the accuracy of lead data.

Field Name
Lists the names of your form fields from your form.
Mapped
Shows the mapping status of each field.
LeadsWithDemos Fields
Displays the available LeadsWithDemos fields for mapping. Select the corresponding field to ensure accurate data alignment.
Overwrite if exists
Provides an option to overwrite existing lead data with new submissions, keeping your lead information current.
Action
This column provides the option to add additional configurations for each field. When you click the pencil icon, a popup window will appear offering the following options:
Basic
Overwrite if exists: This toggle allows you to decide whether you would like to overwrite the field if it already exists. If toggled on, it means that the data will be overwritten when the form is submitted.
Advanced
Always display even if previously completed: This toggle enables the field to always be displayed on the form, even if the lead has already completed it in a prior submission. If toggled on, the field will be displayed.
Do not prefill: If this option is enabled, the field will not be prefilled with any previously entered information, allowing the lead to input their data from scratch. If toggled off, the system will display the data entered previously.
Progressive
Show this field only if the lead already has data in the following field(s): This toggle allows you to specify conditions under which this field will be displayed. You can select one or more fields, such as “Email” or “First Name,” and the designated field will only appear if the lead has populated data in those selected fields.
This is a powerful configuration option because it allows you to collect data progressively each time your lead interacts with your forms. This approach removes the barriers of asking many questions at once.
Adding Custom Fields
If your form includes unique fields not present with your LeadsWithDemos site, you can create new custom fields directly from the “Map Your Fields” section or via ‘Leads’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Custom Fields’ > ‘Add Custom Fields‘. This ensures you capture all necessary lead data.
Once you have completed the field mapping, you can proceed to the next step by clicking the “Next” button.
Publish This Campaign
In this step, you will publish your LeadsWithDemos campaign. Once you toggle the option to publish, the campaign will become active. After clicking the “Finish” button, you, as the LeadsWithDemos user, will be redirected to the campaign dashboard.
If the campaign is not yet active, a notification will indicate its status. Ensure that all previous steps are completed to guarantee a successful launch.
