Senders
Senders
The “Senders” section in LeadsWithDemos’ automated email functionality allows you to add, edit, and manage the email addresses and sender names that appear in your automated emails. This includes both the “from” and “reply-to” emails, as well as the email signature. Each sender profile consists of a display name and an email address, and you can choose which sender to use for each automated email.
If you need to send certain email campaigns—such as nurturing emails—from a specific user or email address, this is where you can add and manage different senders. For example, you might want to use one sender for support emails and another for marketing emails or personal messages. This flexibility ensures that each email matches the context and intent of your communication.
Note: If you only require a single sender, you can add a custom sender email address, name, and signature from the “General Info & Email” tab within your LeadsWithDemos Site details. The system will use that sender’s details as your default.

In the Senders section, you will find the following features:
Add New Sender Button
The Add New Sender button in the Senders section allows you to create and configure additional sender profiles for your automated emails. When you click on this button, you are taken to a dedicated page where you can provide the following details:
- First Name: Enter the sender’s first name.
- Last Name: Enter the sender’s last name (Optional).
- Email Address: Enter the sender’s email address.
- Signature: Optionally add a custom signature for this sender profile.
Each sender must be verified before it can be used to ensure reliable delivery and compliance with best practices for sender authentication. After you enter the sender details, click the Submit button. You will then be redirected to the Senders section, where you can view your sender details in the table.
Once your sender is verified, the new sender profile will appear in your list of available senders. You can then select a verified sender for any automated email, giving you the flexibility to send communications from different individuals or departments—such as support, sales, or your personal blogger identity.
This feature allows you to manage multiple sender identities, ensuring each email campaign comes from the most relevant contact for your audience. For example, you may choose one sender for marketing emails and another for customer support, helping you improve personalization and audience engagement.
Senders details table
The Senders Details Table in LeadsWithDemos is your central hub for managing all sender profiles associated with automated emails. This table provides an organized view of each sender, including important details to help you quickly identify which sender profiles are active, verified, and ready for use in your email campaigns.
Key columns in the table include:
- First Name / Last Name: Displays the sender’s display name, helping you identify senders at a glance.
- Email: Shows the email address associated with each sender profile.
- Verified: Indicates if a sender’s email has completed the necessary verification process. Verified senders are marked with a green icon. If a sender has not yet been verified, it will display a red warning icon, prompting you to complete the verification process.
- Status: Allows you to enable or disable a sender without deleting its profile. Toggle senders on or off as your needs change.
- Action: Provides quick access to edit sender details or remove senders from your list for streamlined sender management.
You can also use the search bar at the top to locate sender profiles quickly, which is especially useful when managing multiple identities—for example, marketing, support, or personal branding profiles.
