Advanced filter criteria
In addition to the main default filter options such as first name, email address, and campaign name, LeadsWithDemos allows you to refine your segmentation with more advanced filtering criteria. This enables you to create powerful and targeted subscriber segments.
Depending on the type of data or filter, we categorize the additional filtering criteria into specific groups. For example, if a filter is related to dates, it will belong to a group that includes relevant date-related criteria.
Here you have access to a comprehensive and advanced set of filter criteria:
Additional Filtering Criteria – Option A
This group of criteria is text-based, and allows you to filter subscribers based on text. The available criterias for this type are:
- Is equal to any of: Filters subscribers whose chosen field matches one or more specified values.
- Is not equal to any of: Excludes subscribers whose field matches any of the specified values.
- Contains any of: Finds subscribers whose field contains at least one keyword or value from your list, even if it’s part of a longer text (e.g., part of a name or phrase).
- Doesn’t contain any of: Excludes subscribers if their field contains any of the specified values.
- Is known: Includes only those subscribers who have a value present in the field (e.g., those who have a first name entered).
- Is unknown: Includes subscribers where the field is empty. This is helpful if you need to target or clean up incomplete records.
Additional Filtering Criteria – Option B
This group of criteria is attribute-based and allows you to filter subscribers according to specific mutually exclusive field values, such as “Yes” or “No.” The available criteria for this type are:
- Is equal to: Filters subscribers whose specified attribute matches the selected value (e.g., filters subscribers where “Role-based Email” equals “Yes” or “No”).
- Is not equal to: Filters subscriber whose specified attribute does not match the selected value.
- Is known: Filters subscribers with any known (non-empty) value for the selected attribute.
- Is unknown: Filters subscribers with no known (empty) value for the selected attribute.
Additional Filtering Criteria – Option C
This group of criteria is selection-based and allows you to filter subscribers based on specific values from a dropdown list. If multiple selections are added, the filter uses OR logic. The available criteria for this type are:
- Is any of: Subscribers are included if their value matches one or more selected options from the dropdown.
- Is none of: Subscribers are excluded if their value matches any of the options you select.
- Is known: Only subscribers with a value present in this field will be shown.
- Is unknown: Only subscribers with a missing (empty) value will be shown.
Additional Filtering Criteria – Option D
This group of criteria is date-related and allows you to filter subscribers based on specific date conditions. The available criteria for this type are:
- Is: Filters subscribers based on a given date suggestion, including today, yesterday, this week, and so on.
- Is equal to: Filters subscribers based on a specific date.
- Is before: Filters subscribers with dates before a specified date.
- Is after: Filters subscribers with dates after a specified date.
- Is between: Filters subscribers with dates falling between two specified dates.
- Is more than: Filters subscribers based on dates that are more than a specified number of days in the past or in the future. This criterion helps in identifying subscribers whose interactions or activities occurred either a certain number of days ago or are scheduled for a specific number of days from the current date.
- Is less than: Filters subscribers based on dates that are less than a specified number of days in the past or in the future.
- Is known: Filters subscribers with any known (non-empty) date value.
- Is unknown: Filters subscribers with no known (empty) date value.
Additional Filtering Criteria – Option E
This group of criteria is numerical and allows you to filter subscribers based on specific numerical values. The available criteria for this type are:
- Is equal to: Filters subscribers whose specified numerical field matches the entered value.
- Is not Equal to: Filters subscribers whose numerical field does not match the entered value.
- Is greater than: Filters subscribers with numerical values greater than the entered value.
- Is greater than or equal to: Filters subscribers with numerical values greater than or equal to the entered value.
- Is less than: Filters subscribers with numerical values less than the entered value.
- Is less than or equal to: Filters subscribers with numerical values less than or equal to the entered value.
- Is between: Filters subscribers whose numerical value falls between two entered numbers.
- Is known: Filters subscribers with any known (non-empty) numerical value.
- Is unknown: Filters subscribers with no known (empty) numerical value.
Applying Filters
After selecting a filter and then a filter criteria, the “Apply Filter” button becomes available. Click on the “Apply Filter” button to see the filtered subscribers. Furthermore, once you apply a filter or multiple filters, two additional options become accessible:
Create Audience List
Allowing you to create a new audience list and assign a name to it.
Reset Filters
Enabling you to reset all applied filters and start again.
