Advanced Filter Criterias

Advanced filter criteria

In addition to the filter options, LeadsWithDemos allows you to further refine your criteria to create more powerful and targeted lead segmentations.

Here you have access to a comprehensive and advanced set of filter criteria.

Additional Filtering – Option A

Contain Exactly: Filters leads whose specified field contains the exact value entered (not case-sensitive). If multiple values are added, the filter uses OR logic. For multi-word values, use quotations (e.g., “New Sandbox”).

Doesn’t Contain Exactly: Filters leads whose specified field does not contain the exact value entered.

Is Known: Filters leads that have a known (non-empty) value in the specified field.

Is Unknown: Filters leads that have an unknown (empty) value in the specified field.

Additional Filtering – Option B

Is Equal to: True/false statement filter. Leads are filtered based on whether the specified field exactly matches the set condition.

Is Not Equal to: Filters leads based on the specified field not matching the set condition.

Is Known: Filters leads with any known value in the specified field.

Is Unknown: Filters leads with no known value in the specified field.

Additional Filtering – Option C

Is Any of: Allows multiple selections from a dropdown list. Filters leads that match at least one of the selected values.

Is None of: Filters leads that do not match any of the selected values from a dropdown list.

Is Known: Filters leads with any known value in the specified field.

Is Unknown: Filters leads with no known value in the specified field.

Additional Filtering – Option D (Date-Related)

Is: Filters leads based on a given date suggestion

Is Equal to: Filters leads based on a specific date.

Is Before: Filters leads with dates before a specified date.

Is After: Filters leads with dates after a specified date.

Is Between: Filters leads with dates falling between two specified dates.

Is More Than: Filters leads based on dates that are more than a specified number of days in the past or in the future. This criterion helps in identifying leads whose interactions or activities occurred either a certain number of days ago or are scheduled for a specific number of days from the current date.

Is Less Than: Filters leads based on dates that are less than a specified number of days in the past or in the future.

Is Known: Filters leads with any known date value.

Is Unknown: Filters leads with no known date value.

Additional Filtering – Option E (Numbers)

Is Equal to: Filters leads whose specified numerical field matches the entered value.

Is Not Equal to: Filters leads whose numerical field does not match the entered value.

Is Greater Than: Filters leads with numerical values greater than the entered value.

Is Greater Than or Equal to: Filters leads with numerical values greater than or equal to the entered value.

Is Less Than: Filters leads with numerical values less than the entered value.

Is Less Than or Equal to: Filters leads with numerical values less than or equal to the entered value.

Is Between: Filters leads whose numerical value falls between two entered numbers.

Is Known: Filters leads with any known numerical value.

Is Unknown: Filters leads with no known numerical value.

Applying Filters

After selecting and applying filters, you can immediately see the filtered leads. Furthermore, once you apply a filter or multiple filters, two options become accessible:

Create Audience List

Allowing you to create a new audience list and assign a name to it.

Reset Filters

Enabling you to reset all applied filters and start again.
