Email Marketing Services Source

Email Automation Services

When opting to capture leads through Email Marketing Services with LeadsWithDemos, you can leverage the capabilities of your established email automation tools, such as MailChimp and others.

This method integrates seamlessly with your existing email marketing strategies, allowing you to add leads directly to the database of your LeadsWithDemos site. This enables you to provide access to a WordPress product demo copy, ensuring a smooth experience for your leads.

If you choose “Email Automation Services” as the source, the only LeadsWithDemos lead magnet available will be Sandbox demos.

Setting Up the Lead Capturing Email Marketing Service Source

This stage involves integrating your preferred email automation marketing services with LeadsWithDemos.

Here’s an overview of this process:

Select Email Automation Service

You can choose from a variety of services like Mailchimp, and others.

Verify and Select Audience List

After selecting your email marketing platform, the system checks if you have previously connected an email audience list from this service to LeadsWithDemos. If so, you can choose the desired list from a dropdown menu. If not, you’ll have the option to add an account from the selected email marketing service for list integration.

Manual Integration Path

Alternatively, connect your email marketing service’s audience list through ‘Settings’ > ‘Integrations‘ > ‘Connect Accounts.’

Mapping Your Email Automation Service Fields with LeadsWithDemos Internal Fields

This process is essential for ensuring the data from your email automation service aligns correctly with LeadsWithDemos’ internal fields, thus enhancing lead data accuracy.

Map Your Fields

Upon selecting the desired email audience list from your email automation service, you’ll be presented with a mapping option. This feature allows you to match the fields from your email automation service’s data to the corresponding fields in LeadsWithDemo, ensuring accurate data transfer.

Mapping Table

The mapping table consists of four columns, each serving a distinct purpose:

Field Name

This column identifies the name of the field to be mapped. It corresponds to the field name in your email automation service.

Mapped

Indicates whether or not the field has been successfully mapped to a LeadsWithDemos field.

LeadsWithDemos Fields

This column displays the existing LeadsWithDemos fields that you can map to the email automation service’s field name from Column 1. Select the appropriate LeadsWithDemos field for each email automation service field to ensure accurate data mapping.

Overwrite if info exists

Allows you to overwrite existing lead information with the imported data by selecting the ‘Overwrite if info exists’ checkbox. This option is useful for updating outdated or inaccurate lead data.

Add a custom field

If your email automation service’s audience list contains fields that are not currently available in your LeadsWithDemos’ site, you can create new custom fields to accommodate these unique data points. This flexibility ensures that you can capture and manage all relevant lead information without limitations.

Additional information for this process

OK status

Indicates the availability of sufficient lead capacity in your LeadsWithDemos account. If leads are insufficient, you’ll see a prompt to “Increase the number of leads”.

Validating Mapping

Always verify that the fields are correctly mapped to avoid any discrepancies in lead data.

Defining Actions After Lead Capturing and Lead Integration in Your Database

After mapping your leads, the following step involves specifying the actions to take once a lead is captured and transferred from your email automation service to your LeadsWithDemos site database. This includes.

Sandbox Demo Access

Select from a range of WordPress product demos available within your LeadsWithDemos site. Choose the specific demo you want the system to create a copy of when a lead is successfully captured and added to your database.

Defining Lead Email Validation Strategy for Leads Captured from Email Automation Services

In this crucial step, you will decide whether to enable validation for email addresses provided by your leads, ensuring the reliability of the email addresses you collect. This strategy includes.

Send a Transactional Email with Sandbox Details

This feature can be toggled on or off based on your preference. If activated, the system will send details of the WordPress product demo copy to the lead, using the active transactional email set under the ‘Access Request Lead’ category. Remember, only one email per category is permitted, so it’s important to have the correct email enabled in this category for seamless communication.

After confirming the email validation, click ‘Publish’ to complete your campaign setup.

Once the campaign is successfully created, you’ll be automatically directed to the campaign dashboard. Here, you can easily find the campaign you just configured.

For campaigns whose lead source is an ‘Email Automation Service’, the campaign will predominantly display one key metric.

Number of Leads

This metric shows the total number of leads generated by your campaign.
