Creating a campaign to capture leads through email automation services in LeadsWithDemos is a straightforward process. This tutorial will cover each step, from initial setup to activating and managing your campaign.
Main Functionalities:
- Lead Source Selection (Email Automation Services)
- CMS Product Demo
- Post-Submission Actions

- Login to your LeadsWithDemos account.
- From the main Dashboard, select the site where you want to add the campaign.
- Navigate to the “Marketing” section in the left-hand menu.
- Then click on “Campaigns”.
Step 2: Initiating a New Campaign
- Once you are in the campaign section, click on the Create Campaign button. A pop-up window will appear.
- Add a custom name for your campaign (e.g., “My First Lead Campaign”).
- From the dropdown list, select “Email automation services” as the lead capturing source.
- Click Continue.
Step 3: Select the Lead Capturing Email Automation Service
- Here, you will see all the email automation services integrated with your LeadsWithDemos account. If none are integrated, please follow these steps to add your email automation service to your site.
- From the dropdown list, choose the email automation service (e.g., “MailChimp”) to which you want to direct your leads.
- Then, proceed to select the email automation service list from which you would like to pull the leads into LeadsWithDemos.
Step 4: Mapping fields

- Add any custom fields if necessary.
- Then click “Next”.
Step 5: Choose Action After Lead Capturing
- During this step, you will define what actions will be taken after the lead is captured.
- Select the name of the product demo you wish to grant access to after capturing the lead.
- Then click “Next”.
Step 6: Lead Quality Validation
- Here, you will be able to enable the option to send a transactional email to the captured lead. This step is crucial because it allows you to send the product demo copy details to the lead’s email inbox and check whether the lead can receive emails.
- Decide whether to send a transactional email with sandbox demo details.
- Once you have enabled it, you can click on “Publish.”
Step 7: Activate Your Campaign
- After clicking Publish, you will be redirected to the campaigns dashboard. If not, please navigate back to the Campaigns section and find your newly created campaign.
- Click on the three dots icon and select Activate.
Step 8: Test your Campaign
- Now that your campaign is active, it’s time to test whether your campaign is capturing leads and assigning your product demo copies correctly. To check this, please follow these steps:
- Go to the page where you added the email automation service capturing form.
- Submit the form with your test emails.
- Ensure that the system sends the transactional email with the product demo copy details.
- Navigate to Leads to verify if the lead information has been recorded accordingly.
By following these steps, you can successfully create, configure, and manage a lead capture campaign using an email automation service in LeadsWithDemos, capitalizing on the platform’s powerful features to drive business growth.
