Popup Options

Popup & Forms options in LeadsWithDemos

In LeadsWithDemos, each popup and form comes equipped with options and an options menu that supports various management tasks.

Preview

This preview option allows you to view your custom popup and form as they would appear live on different devices, offering a real-time preview experience. When activated, LeadsWithDemos opens the popup or form in a window for review, ensuring that its appearance and functionality meet your expectations.

Design

You can use this option to edit your popup and form’s design primarily using our user-friendly popup and form builder.

The ‘Design’ option provides the flexibility to customize your popups and forms’ layout and design elements to meet your specific needs. With our builder, you can adjust various aspects such as form fields, text, images, colors, and overall structure, making it an essential tool for creating unique and engaging popups and forms that resonate with your audience and align with your brand’s look and feel.

It’s important to note that we can make our popup box less obstructive. With this in mind, we decided to enhance a button from the builder, specifically designed for use with the Slide-In popup and the Sticky banner. This button allows you to link directly to a popup box. When clicked, the linked popup box will be triggered, enabling your potential leads to navigate smoothly through your website, LeadsWithDemos landing pages, or WordPress product demos without interruption.

To see any popup box listed within the Popup Box field, you need to mark them as “Set as Lead Gen Form“.

Options Menu

This menu offers a range of settings to customize the behavior and appearance of your popup & forms:

Set as Lead Gen Form

Enable this feature to designate your popup and form as a lead-capturing tool. Once marked as such, it will be available during the campaign setup process. For the popup box, this means it can be linked to a button to trigger the popup, simplifying your lead generation efforts. If you later decide not to use the popup as a lead gen form, you can easily change this designation.

If designated, you will see a tag labeled “Lead Gen Form”.

Edit

Modify various popup and form aspects, including its name, form type, settings, targeting and advanced, to optimize performance and ensure relevance to your audience. This option provides the control needed to fine-tune your popups, enhancing their effectiveness and alignment with your marketing objectives.

Duplicate

This feature allows you to create an exact copy of your popup within LeadsWithDemos. You can then modify the duplicate to meet new requirements or use it as a foundation for other popups. This is particularly useful for maintaining consistent design or layout across multiple popups while varying the content. It saves time and effort, eliminating the need to construct each new popup from the ground up.

Delete

This function enables you to permanently remove a popup. It is essential for tidying up your workspace and eliminating outdated or irrelevant popups and forms. Be cautious when using this feature; once a popup or form is deleted, it cannot be restored.
