Pages Options & Options Menu
Landing pages and footer options in LeadsWithDemos
In LeadsWithDemos, each landing page is equipped with options and an options menu. This menu facilitates a variety of management tasks, with the available options varying depending on the type of page you are working with.
Options for Footer
Unlike other elements, the footer does not come with an options menu. However, it includes the following:
Design
This option enables you to modify the footer of your LeadsWithDemos landing pages using the page builder. After making changes, simply click ‘save.’ You can use this feature to update or change the content, links, and design of the footer, ensuring it aligns with the overall theme and purpose of your landing pages.
Footer Tag
The footer is marked with a tag called “Footer.” This helps in quickly identifying the footer you want to modify across all landing pages.
Options & Options Menu For Custom Landing Pages
The custom pages come with the following options:
Copy URL Option
This allows you to copy the URL of your custom landing page for easy sharing, reference, or to paste it in the browser for live viewing. It’s a handy feature for quick access and sharing your page externally.
Preview Option
Enables you to view your custom landing page as it would appear live. Once clicked, LeadsWithDemos will open this page in a new browser tab for reviewing, ensuring everything looks and functions as intended, offering a real-time preview experience.
Custom Page Tag
Each custom landing page is labeled with a “Custom Page” tag for easy identification and organization within the LeadsWithDemos platform. This tagging system simplifies managing and navigating your custom pages.
Design
This option enables you to edit the layout and design elements of your custom landing page using our Page Builder.
The ‘design’ option offers you the flexibility to modify and tailor your landing page’s layout and design elements according to your specific needs. Accessing our Page Builder allows you to adjust various aspects, such as text, images, colors, and the overall structure. This tool is crucial for creating a unique and engaging landing page that resonates with your audience and aligns with your brand’s aesthetic.
Please remember that you can set certain designs as defaults in the design section section and then use the Page Builder to override these default designs.
Options Menu
Offers a range of settings to customize the behavior and appearance of your landing page:
Set as Homepage
Marking a page as the homepage adds a “Homepage” tag to it. This designated page then becomes the primary entry point for visitors accessing your LeadsWithDemos main site URL. Please note that only one page, whether custom or predefined, can be set as the homepage at any given time.
Set as Landing Page or Remove as Landing Page
This feature allows you to designate a page as a lead-capturing landing page. Marking it as such ensures it is available in the campaign setup process. If you decide not to use this page as a landing page, you can easily remove this designation.
Display on Menu or Remove from Menu
Include or exclude your landing page from the navigation menu. A “Shown in Menu” tag is added for visibility. If you later decide to remove the page from the menu, you can do so easily.
Duplicate
This feature enables you to make an exact copy of your existing landing page within LeadsWithDemos. You can then edit this duplicate page, modifying it to suit new requirements or use it as a base template for creating other pages. This is particularly useful when you want to maintain a consistent layout or design across multiple pages but with different content. It saves time and effort, as you won’t need to build each new page from scratch.
Delete
This option allows you to permanently remove a custom landing page. It’s a crucial feature when you need to declutter your workspace or remove outdated or irrelevant pages. Please use this feature with caution, as once a page is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Options & Options Menu For Pre-designed Landing Pages
In LeadsWithDemos, you have access to a range of options for pre-designed landing pages, including:
Predesigned Tag
This label clearly indicates that a page is one of the pre-designed landing pages provided by LeadsWithDemos. It helps you quickly identify which pages have fixed layouts that cannot be modified with the page builder, distinguishing them from the custom landing pages you have created.
Copy URL
This option allows you to copy the direct URL of the pre-designed landing page. It’s useful for sharing the page externally or for quick access to view the page live in a browser.
Preview
This feature enables you to see a live preview of how the pre-designed landing page looks. Once clicked, LeadsWithDemos will open this page in a new browser tab for reviewing, it’s essential for ensuring that the layout and design align with your expectations before making further customizations.
Options Menu
Within the options menu for pre-designed landing pages, we can find:
Set as Homepage
This option allows you to designate the pre-designed page as the main landing page (homepage) of your LeadsWithDemos landing pages. It’s particularly useful when you want a ready-made landing page with a fixed layout to be the first point of interaction.
Set as Landing Page or Remove as Landing Page
This setting enables you to use the pre-designed landing page specifically for lead capture in your LeadsWithDemos campaigns. If the page is set as a landing page, it will appear as an option in campaign setups. Conversely, you can remove the landing page status when it’s no longer needed for campaigns.
Display on Menu or Remove from Menu
This option lets you decide whether to include or exclude the pre-designed landing page the navigation menu.
Edit Page Settings
Although pre-designed, these pages offer some degree of customization. You can edit basic settings like the page name, URL, SEO elements, and choose whether to show or hide the menu and footer. This feature allows you to tweak pre-designed landing pages to better fit your branding and content needs. For details on how to edit page settings for custom landing pages, which applies the same logic, see our guide on custom page settings.
