Email State and Attributes
Email Validity State
The “Email Validity State” filter lets you quickly segment subscribers based on their email verification outcome. LeadsWithDemos automatically analyzes each email address and assigns it to one of the following categories for simplified, actionable list management:
- Deliverable: The email address is valid and messages can be successfully delivered. These subscribers are prime for outreach as their contact information has been fully verified.
- Undeliverable: The email address is invalid or does not exist, meaning messages cannot be delivered. Filtering out these subscribers helps you avoid wasted efforts and maintain a clean, effective email list.
- Risky: The email address may exist, but there are factors such as catch-all domains, full inboxes, or uncertain validity that make delivery unreliable. Use this status for subscribers that may require manual review before outreach.
- Unknown: The verification check could not determine the status of this email, often due to issues on the recipient server or temporary technical limitations. These subscribers might need retesting or further validation.
- Duplicate: The email address is already associated with another subscriber in your database. Managing duplicates ensures your communications are not sent multiple times to the same contact and helps preserve data integrity.

Disposable Email
