LeadsWithDemos Default Filters – Complete List
LeadsWithDemos provides a set of default filters, along with the flexibility to create custom fields that enhance the filtering process. This capability allows you to tailor your lead segmentation to meet your specific needs. The default filters enable you to segment and manage your leads based on defined criteria; these filters encompass a variety of attributes, including personal information, email engagement, campaign associations, and user behavior.
Leads Details
First Name
The “First Name” filter allows you to filter leads based on their first names. This filter contains options that fall under the Option A filtering criteria, which is text-based. It enables you to identify leads whose first names match specified conditions.
Last Name
The “Last Name” filter allows you to filter leads based on their last names. This filter also falls under the Option A filtering criteria, which is text-based. It enables you to identify leads based on the presence or specific matches of their last names.
Email Address
The “Email Address” filter allows you to filter leads based on their email addresses. This filter is categorized under the Option A filtering criteria, which is text-based. It helps you identify leads using precise conditions related to their email addresses.
Email Domain
The “Email Domain” filter allows you to filter leads based on the domain of their email addresses. This filter is categorized under the Option A filtering criteria, which is text-based. It enables you to identify leads associated with specific email domains.
Country
The “Country” filter allows you to filter leads based on their country of residence. This filter is categorized under the Option C filtering criteria, which is selection-based. It enables you to identify leads from specific countries.
Assigned Tags
The “Assigned Tags” filter allows you to filter leads based on specific tags that have been assigned to them. This filter is categorized under the Option A filtering criteria, which is text-based. It helps you identify leads based on the presence or absence of specific tags.
Created at
Registered Date
The “Registered Date” filter allows you to filter leads based on the dates when they registered. This filter is categorized under the Option D filtering criteria, which is date-related. It enables you to identify leads based on specific date conditions.
List membership
Audience Lists
The “Audience Lists” filter allows you to filter leads based on the audience lists they belong to. This filter is categorized under the Option C filtering criteria, which is selection-based. It enables you to identify leads associated with specific audience lists created within your LeadsWithDemos site.
Email information
Email Has Been Received
The “Email Has Been Received” filter allows you to filter leads based on whether they have received an email. This filter is categorized under the Option B filtering criteria, which is boolean. It enables you to identify leads based on their email receipt status.
Email Has Not Been Received
The “Email Has Not Been Received” filter allows you to filter leads based on whether they have not received an email. This filter is categorized under the Option B filtering criteria, which is boolean. It helps you identify leads who have not engaged with specific email communications.
Email Has Been Opened
The “Email Has Been Opened” filter allows you to filter leads based on whether they have opened a specific email. This filter is categorized under the Option B filtering criteria, which is boolean. It enables you to identify leads who have engaged with your emails.
Email Has Not Been Opened
The “Email Has Not Been Opened” filter allows you to filter leads based on whether they have not opened a specific email. This filter is categorized under the Option B filtering criteria, which is boolean. It helps you identify leads that have not engaged with your emails.
Email Has Been Bounced
The “Email Has Been Bounced” filter allows you to filter leads based on whether their email has bounced. This filter is categorized under the Option B filtering criteria, which is boolean. It helps you identify leads whose email communications have failed due to delivery issues.
Links Have Been Clicked
The “Links Have Been Clicked” filter allows you to filter leads based on whether they have clicked on links within your emails or communications. This filter is categorized under the Option B filtering criteria, which is boolean. It enables you to identify leads who have engaged with your content.
Sandbox
Sandbox Demo Name
The “Sandbox Demo Name” filter allows you to filter leads based on the names of their associated sandbox demos. This filter is categorized under the Option C filtering criteria, which is selection-based. It enables you to identify leads linked to specific sandbox demos.
Sandbox Demo Copy Status
The “Sandbox Demo Copy Status” filter allows you to filter leads based on the status of their associated sandbox demo copies. This filter is categorized under the Option C filtering criteria, which is selection-based. It enables you to identify leads linked to specific sandbox demo copies.
Sandbox Demo Copies
The “Sandbox Demo Copies” filter allows you to filter leads based on the number of sandbox demo copies they have requested. This filter is categorized under the Option E filtering criteria, which is numerical. It enables you to analyze and manage leads based on the quantity of demo copies requested.
Sandbox Demo Copy Expiry Date
The “Sandbox Demo Copy Expiry Date” filter allows you to filter leads based on the expiry dates of their associated sandbox demo copies. This filter is categorized under the Option D filtering criteria, which is date-related. It enables you to manage and analyze leads based on when their demo copies are set to expire.
Access to a Sandbox Demo Copy
The “Access to a Sandbox Demo Copy” filter allows you to filter leads based on whether they currently have access to a specific sandbox demo copy. This filter is categorized under the Option B filtering criteria, which is boolean. It helps you identify leads based on their access status.
Campaign
Campaign Name
The “Campaign Name” filter allows you to filter leads based on the names of the LeadsWithDemos campaigns they are associated with. This filter is categorized under the Option C filtering criteria, which is selection-based. It enables you to identify leads linked to specific LeadsWithDemos campaigns.
Lead Capturing Source
The “Lead Capturing Source” filter allows you to filter leads based on the LeadsWithDemos Campaign source through which they were captured. This filter is categorized under the Option C filtering criteria, which is selection-based. It helps you identify leads coming from specific LeadsWithDemos Campaign Sources.
Visitor Analytics
Pages Visited
The “Pages Visited” filter allows you to filter leads based on the specific pages they have visited on the website where you have placed the LeadsWithDemos Tracking Script. This filter is categorized under the Option A filtering criteria, which is text-based. It enables you to analyze user behavior by identifying leads based on their engagement with your website.
Time Spent on Pages
The “Time Spent on Pages” filter allows you to filter leads based on the duration they have spent on specific pages of the website where you have placed the LeadsWithDemos Tracking Script. This filter is categorized under the Option E filtering criteria, which is numerical. It enables you to analyze user engagement by identifying leads based on their interaction time.
Form Submitted
The “Form Submitted” filter allows you to filter leads based on whether they have submitted a specific form from one of LeadsWithDemos’ popups and forms on the website where you have placed the LeadsWithDemos Tracking Script. This filter is categorized under the Option C filtering criteria, which is selection-based. It helps you identify leads who have interacted with your LeadsWithDemos popups and forms..
AI Assistants
Other AI Assistant name
The “Other AI Assistant Name” filter allows you to filter leads based on the specific assistants they have interacted with. This filter falls under the Option C filtering criteria, which is selection-based. This feature helps you identify leads that have interacted with a specific AI assistant.
Number of Interactions
The “Number of Interactions” filter allows you to filter leads based on the number of times a lead has interacted with AI assistants. This filter is categorized under the Option E filtering criteria, which is numerical. It helps you identify leads who are highly engaged by interacting with your Other AI assistants Type.
Custom Fields
Here you will see a list of all custom fields you have created via your LeadsWithDemos site > Leads > Settings. Once you see the field within this section, you can start using it to customize your Audience Lists segmentation even further.
